Trauma-informed preparation and post-ketamine integration support for patients receiving medically supervised ketamine treatment.
Sage Integration partners with physicians and ketamine clinics to provide patients with structured support before and after treatment.
Ketamine treatment can create shifts in mood, perspective, emotional awareness, and the way patients see themselves and their lives.
But what happens after the treatment matters.
Integration gives patients a structured space to process their experience, understand what came up, and apply those insights to their everyday lives.
At Sage Integration, patients receive support before, between, and after their medically supervised ketamine treatments.

WHY INTEGRATION MATTERS
Research into ketamine combined with structured therapeutic support is promising.
A systematic review of 19 studies involving more than 1,000 patients found largely positive outcomes when ketamine was combined with psychotherapy.
In one randomized study, patients who received structured support after responding to ketamine showed greater sustained improvement on one depression measure 14 weeks after their final infusion, with a moderate-to-large effect.
Ketamine may create an opportunity for change. Integration gives patients structured support to work with that opportunity.
FOR PHYSCIANS AND KETAMINE CLINICS
Your medical team manages the treatment.
Sage Integration supports patients with the preparation and integration that happens around it.
This gives your practice an outside referral resource for patients who would benefit from additional support before, between, or after ketamine sessions.
THE REFFERAL PROCESS
REFER
Your practice refers the patient directly to Sage Integration.
PREPARE
When appropriate, the patient receives preparation before treatment to establish intentions, grounding practices, and emotional readiness.
INTEGRATE
Following treatment, the patient receives structured integration support to process what emerged and apply relevant insights to everyday life.
COLLABORATE
When appropriate and with the patient's written consent, Sage Integration can communicate with the referring provider to support continuity of care.
